Of all the cervical cancer metastasis modes,lymph node metastasis is the most important one and sentinel lymph node(SLN) is the first place that the lymph nodal metastasis will pass. It can provide evi-dence for the treatment and prognostic evaluation of cervical cancer to study the value of SLN in predicting the condition of pelvic cavity nodes and its clinical significance. Radical trachelectomy is a new operation method for patients with cervical carcinoma in early stage. The predominance of this operation is preserving fertility function as well as treatment of cervical cancer patients. It fully embodies the individualized treatment plan for young patients with cervical carcinoma.
