利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对CPC高速钢轧辊连续铸造温度场进行数值模拟.通过优化设计运算,得到能够满足熔合条件的加热设备的功率等参数.模拟结果表明,外层金属的凝固顺序是由下至上、由内层和外部同时向中心凝固的;辊芯熔合界面附近的外层金属先后经历了凝固、熔化、再凝固的过程.

Based on the ANSYS software, the temper-ature field in CPC high-speed steel roller in continuous casting was simulated. The power of heating equip-ment and other parameters that could meet the re-quirements of fusion were determined by the optimum design. The simulated results reveal that solidification sequence of outer cladding metal shows from bottom to top and from inner-outer layer to central position. Outer cladding metal nearby the fusion interface of roll mandrel experienced the process of solidification-fu-sion-re-solidification.
