目的:观察脂糖舒 (ZTS)对 2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的改善作用. 方法:对 2型糖尿病胰岛素抗性模型大鼠灌胃 ZTS(1次 /d),连续 9周,同时以二甲双胍和格列齐特 (达美康 )及健康大鼠作对照,进行糖耐量试验,测定血浆葡萄糖 (Glu)、胰岛素 (Ins)、三酰甘油 (TG)、游离脂肪酸 (NEFA)、总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL-C)含量,并称体质量和脂肪组织重量,计算胰岛素抵抗指数 (IRI). 结果:脂糖舒、二甲双胍和格列齐特均能显著降低 2型糖尿病大鼠 (NIDDM大鼠 )的高 Ins、高 Glu、高脂血症和降低 IRI,升高 HDL-c含量,抑制体质量和脂肪组织重量增长.其中,脂糖舒抑制病鼠体质量和脂肪组织质量增长以及降糖降脂 (NEFA和 LDL-c)和降 IRI作用优于格列齐特 (P< 0.01或 P< 0.001).与二甲双胍比较,脂糖舒降 NEFA和 TC作用较强 (P< 0.05),对其余指标包括降 IRI作用与二甲双胍相当 (P >0.05)且脂糖舒降 IRI作用呈剂量依赖关系. 结论:脂糖舒明显改善 2型糖尿病的胰岛素抗性.

목적:관찰지당서 (ZTS)대 2형당뇨병대서이도소저항적개선작용. 방법:대 2형당뇨병이도소항성모형대서관위 ZTS(1차 /d),련속 9주,동시이이갑쌍고화격렬제특 (체미강 )급건강대서작대조,진행당내량시험,측정혈장포도당 (Glu)、이도소 (Ins)、삼선감유 (TG)、유리지방산 (NEFA)、총담고순 (TC)、저밀도지단백담고순 (LDL-C)화고밀도지단백담고순 (HDL-C)함량,병칭체질량화지방조직중량,계산이도소저항지수 (IRI). 결과:지당서、이갑쌍고화격렬제특균능현저강저 2형당뇨병대서 (NIDDM대서 )적고 Ins、고 Glu、고지혈증화강저 IRI,승고 HDL-c함량,억제체질량화지방조직중량증장.기중,지당서억제병서체질량화지방조직질량증장이급강당강지 (NEFA화 LDL-c)화강 IRI작용우우격렬제특 (P< 0.01혹 P< 0.001).여이갑쌍고비교,지당서강 NEFA화 TC작용교강 (P< 0.05),대기여지표포괄강 IRI작용여이갑쌍고상당 (P >0.05)차지당서강 IRI작용정제량의뢰관계. 결론:지당서명현개선 2형당뇨병적이도소항성.
AIM:To observe the improving the effects of Zhitangshu(ZTS) in improving insulin resistance in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus . METHODS:The diabetic rats models were established by streptozotocin(STZ) injection,which were treated respectively with ZTS,metformin hydrochloride tablets(MHT)and gliclazid tablets(GCT) for 9 weeks .The glucose tolerance and the contents of insulin,glucose,triacylglycerol(TG),non-esterified fatty acid(NEFA), total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c) of the rats were detected,the total body and fatty tissues of rats were weighed respectively, and the insulin resistance index(IRI) was measured . RESULTS:The effects of ZTS to inhibit the increase of total body and fatty tissue and to lower NEFA, LDL-c and IRI were better than GCT (P< 0.01 orP< 0.001),showing also better effect to reduce NEFA and TC than MHT(P< 0.05), but its effects on the rest indexes including IRI-lowering IRI effect were similar to MHT(P > 0.05).ZTS showed a dose-dependent effect in lowering IRI. CONCLUSION:ZTS has obvious effect to improve insulin resistance in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
