胜利油田垦东斜411井在射孔测试联作施工中发生异常起爆事故.通过地面跌落试验、数值仿真模拟计算和现场模拟试验对事故原因进行了诊断分析,查明了事故发生的原因.在施工管柱下放过程中突然下放管柱,形成的溜钻、镦钻引起波动压力,致使压力起爆器安全销钉提前剪断从而引起压力起爆器起爆是造成事故的主要原因.为避免类似事故的发生,提出了必须严格按规程施工,严格控制施工管柱的下放速度及优化射孔管串结构等改进措施.研究成果对提高射孔测试联作的施工安全及一次成功率具有实际意义.

Abnormal initiation of the perforator occurred in Kendongxie 411 test well in Shengli Oilfield when the combined perforation tests were carried out. Through falling tests on the ground, numerical simulation calculation and field simulation tests, the causes of the perforator's abnormal initiation have been diagnosed and found out. Sudden falling and decentralization of the perforated strings caused slide-drilling and pier drilling, which generated the pressure fluctuation. And this fluctuation resulted in the cut of the safety pin in the initiator ahead of time. To a-void the similar initiation, we must obey strict perforator-running procedure, strictly control the perforated strings lowering speed and optimize structure of the strings. The improving measures given here ensure the perforating safety and one-pass perforating operation.
