目的：探讨经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图（TTE ）在先天性心脏病封堵术前病例选择和术中监测及术后疗效观察中的应用价值。方法术前应用TTE 检查先天性心脏病封堵术患者共81例。其中继发孔型房间隔缺损18例，动脉导管未闭14例，室间隔缺损49例。所有患者均采用Amplatzer封堵器介入治疗。术中超声与X线共同监测封堵器传送、释放全过程，术后超声复查随访封堵结果及后期效应。结果49例室间隔43例成功，2例干下型及1例缺损畸形未成功，3例术中发现条件不符合放弃封堵；18房间隔缺损均成功；14动脉导管未闭13例成功，1例未成功。结论在先天性心脏病介入封堵术中，无论是术前病例选择、术中实时指导检测还是术后随访和评价，彩色超声心动图均有重要价值。
목적：탐토경흉채색다보륵초성심동도（TTE ）재선천성심장병봉도술전병례선택화술중감측급술후료효관찰중적응용개치。방법술전응용TTE 검사선천성심장병봉도술환자공81례。기중계발공형방간격결손18례，동맥도관미폐14례，실간격결손49례。소유환자균채용Amplatzer봉도기개입치료。술중초성여X선공동감측봉도기전송、석방전과정，술후초성복사수방봉도결과급후기효응。결과49례실간격43례성공，2례간하형급1례결손기형미성공，3례술중발현조건불부합방기봉도；18방간격결손균성공；14동맥도관미폐13례성공，1례미성공。결론재선천성심장병개입봉도술중，무론시술전병례선택、술중실시지도검측환시술후수방화평개，채색초성심동도균유중요개치。
Objective To study the chest Doppler echocardiography (TTE)in preoperative selection,the application of intraopera-tive monitoring and postoperative clinical observation in congenital heart disease.Methods Preoperative TTE closure was applied in 81 pa-tients with congenital heart disease.Among the cases there were 18 cases of secondary groove in atrial septal defects,14 cases of patent ductus areriosus,and 49 cases of ventricular septal defect.All patients adopted Amplatzer fengduqi intervention.Intraoperative ultrasonography and X-ray were used together to monitor the transmission and release process of occluder.The results of occlusion and the late effects were re-viewed using echocardiograpy.Results Forty-three out of 49 cases were successful with ventricular septal,2 cases were dry type,1 case failed with defect deformity,and 3 cases gave up the block intraoperatively for not meeting the conditions;18 cases of atrial septal defects weresuc-cessful;13 cases patent ductus areriosus were successful,and 1 case failed.Conclusion In the interventional therapy for congenital heart dis-ease,echocardiography has important value in preoperative patient selection,real-time intraoperative or postoperative follow-up guidance,as well as testing and evaluation after the operation.
