目的 探讨门诊电子病历信息系统对就诊输液流程的影响,提升门诊服务质量和管理水平.方法 建立门诊电子病历信息系统,建立电子诊疗卡、实行门诊电子病历、门诊电子处方及全程计算机传输处方流程.随机选取100例就诊患者进行问卷调查,了解患者输液轮侯时间及满意度.结果 推行门诊电子病历信息系统后,门诊患者输液平均轮候时间为( 6.82±2.88)分钟、患者满意度为96.0%,与实行前对比,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 实行门诊电子病历信息系统,可以有效缩短门诊患者输液轮侯时间,提升门诊服务质量和管理水平.

Objective To explore the effect of the clinic electronic medical record information system on medical infusion process,and to improve clinic service quality and management level.Methods The clinic electronic medical record information system was established,and electronic medical cards were applied.Clinic electronic medical record and electronic prescription and whole computer transmits for prescriptions were enacted.100 patients were randomly selected for questionnaire survey on duration of waiting for infusion and patient satisfaction,Results After the use of clinic electronic medical record information system,the average duration of waiting for infusion was ( 6.82 ± 2.88 ) minutes,and patient satisfaction was 96%.The difference was significant as compared with those surveyed before the introduction of the new system ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusions The clinic electronic medical record information system can effectively shorten the duration of waiting for infusion and improve clinic service quality and management level.
