目的 探讨中晚期肾结核的影像诊断方法.方法 分析并比较静脉肾盂造影(IVP)、B超、CT的影像资料.结果 腰痛、尿频、尿痛、尿急和血尿是最常见的临床症状,分别为65%、41%、35%、30%和22%.对于中晚期肾结核的诊断符合率:IVP为69.1%,B超为46.6%,CT为89.8% 结论B超对肾结核的诊断缺乏特异性,但发现肾脏异常阳性率较高,CT对中晚期肾结核的诊断有决定意义.

목적 탐토중만기신결핵적영상진단방법.방법 분석병비교정맥신우조영(IVP)、B초、CT적영상자료.결과 요통、뇨빈、뇨통、뇨급화혈뇨시최상견적림상증상,분별위65%、41%、35%、30%화22%.대우중만기신결핵적진단부합솔:IVP위69.1%,B초위46.6%,CT위89.8% 결론B초대신결핵적진단결핍특이성,단발현신장이상양성솔교고,CT대중만기신결핵적진단유결정의의.
Objectives To study the diagnostic technique of imaging for advanced renal tuberculosis.Methods Retrospectively analysis and compare the IVP,B-ultrasonography and CT findings of 101 patients with advanced renal tuberculosis. Results Lumbodynia, frequency, odynuria, urgency, and hematuria were the most common symptoms,and their rates were 65% ,41% ,35% ,30% ,and 22% respectively. The accuracy of dignosis in IVP , B-ultrasonography and CT were :69. 1% ,46.6 % ,and 89.8% respectively. Conclusions B -ultrasonography can not be regarded as a specific examination for advanced renal tuberculosis, but it can show the abnormality of advanced renal tuberculosis. CT plays crucial role in the dignosis of advanced renal tuberculosis.
