目的研究临床路径(CP)应用于人工髋关节置换术患者的实施效果.方法采用不同病例前后对照研究,两组均以整体护理为基础,对照组采用传统的治疗护理模式,实验组实施CP,将两组的治疗、护理效果进行对比.结果实验组住院天数、住院费用均明显低于对照组,患者满意度、术后Harris评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论在保证医疗护理质量的前提下,CP应用于人工髋关节术患者能缩短住院时间、降低住院费用,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益,有很好的推广价值和应用前景.
목적 연구림상로경(CP)응용우인공관관절치환술환자적실시효과.방법 채용불동병례전후대조연구,량조균이정체호리위기출,대조조채용전통적치료호리모식,실험조실시CP,장량조적치료、호리효과진행대비.결과 실험조주원천수、주원비용균명현저우대조조,환자만의도、술후Harris평분명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 재보증의료호리질량적전제하,CP응용우인공관관절술환자능축단주원시간、강저주원비용,구유현저적경제효익화사회효익,유흔호적추엄개치화응용전경.
Objective To research the effect of application of clinical nursing path in patients of artificial hip replacement.Methods A quasi-experimental study was adopted,holistic nursing was used in all cases.The control group was treated with treatment-nursing-mode,while the experimental group was treated with clinical nursing path.Then the curative and nursing efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,the hospitalization days and the expense of the experimental group were decreased remarkably,the astisfactinn degree of patients and the postoperative Harris scores were higher significantly(P＜0.05).Conclusions While guaranteeing the quality of medical and nursing,application of clinical nursing path in patients of artificial hip replacement could shorten the hoepitallzation time and decrease the hoepitalizaton cost,has notable economic and social benefit,so it has good popularization value and wide application prospect.
