目的：探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及其对血小板活化功能的影响。方法选择本院2012年8月～2013年10月收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者90例，随机分为两组，两组均给予抗凝、降脂、扩血管治疗，研究组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予复方丹参滴丸治疗。观察两组治疗效果，治疗前后采集静脉血，检测CD62p、GMP-140水平，评估患者治疗前后患者血小板活化功能的变化情况。结果两组心绞痛治疗总有效率比较，研究组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组治疗前CD62p、GMP-140差异均无统计学意义，治疗后两组CD62p、GMP-140均较治疗前降低，但研究组CD62p、GMP-140均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论复方丹参滴丸辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效较好，并且可以有效抑制血小板活化功能的异常，值得应用。
목적：탐토복방단삼적환치료관심병심교통적림상료효급기대혈소판활화공능적영향。방법선택본원2012년8월～2013년10월수치적불은정형심교통환자90례，수궤분위량조，량조균급여항응、강지、확혈관치료，연구조환자재상규치료적기출상급여복방단삼적환치료。관찰량조치료효과，치료전후채집정맥혈，검측CD62p、GMP-140수평，평고환자치료전후환자혈소판활화공능적변화정황。결과량조심교통치료총유효솔비교，연구조명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。량조치료전CD62p、GMP-140차이균무통계학의의，치료후량조CD62p、GMP-140균교치료전강저，단연구조CD62p、GMP-140균명현저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론복방단삼적환보조치료불은정형심교통료효교호，병차가이유효억제혈소판활화공능적이상，치득응용。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound danshen dripping pills(CSDP)in treatment of unstable angina and its influce on platelet activation functions. Methods 90 patients with unstable angina in our hospital from August 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, two groups were all given anticoagulation,lipid-lowering,vasodilator dilation therapy,the patients of study group were given CSDP based on the conventional therapy.Therapeutic effects of two groups were observed, serum samples of patients were collected before and after treatment,CD62p,GMP-140 levels before and after treatment were tested to assess platelet activation functions. Results The total effective of the study group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was significant (P < 0.05).Before treatment CD62p, GMP-140 between the two groups were no significantly different, after treatment GMP-140 CD62p all reduced, but the CD62p,GMP-140 of study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05) . Conclusion The effect of CSDP assisted in treatment of unstable angina pectoris is better,and can effectively inhibit the abnormal platelet activation, worthy of applications.
