Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus%Drug resistance%Nosocomial infection
目的 了解我院耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)的分离情况以及其连续十年的耐药性变化,为临床治疗葡萄球菌感染提供依据.方法 药物敏感试验采用K-B法,用WHONET 5.4软件对临床葡萄球菌分离情况和药物敏感试验结果进行统计分析.结果 我院MRS的分离率逐年增高,主要分布在病房,尤其是ICU(19.3%)、呼吸内科(14.1%)以及外科(32.6%).MRS对庆大霉素、环丙沙星耐药率均在70%~80%,对红霉素敏感率仅在5%~30%之间,对克林霉素耐药率也在60%以上,对利福平敏感率在70%以上,没有发现耐万古霉素的葡萄球菌.840株葡萄球菌中,β-内酰胺酶阳性的有587株,占69.9%.结论 合理使用抗菌药物,采取有效措施防止MRS导致的医院感染传播和流行.

Objective To investigate isolation status of Methieillin-Resistant Staphylococcus (MRS)and their resistance from 1997 to 2006 in the hospital, in order to provide a guidance to clinical rational use of antibiotics. Methods K-B method was used for drug susceptibility test and data was analyzed with WHONET 5.4 software. Results The isolation rate of MRS was higher and higher in recent years. MRS was mainly isolated from in-patient ward, especially in intensive care unit, respiratory ward and surgery ward. MRS was highly resistant to Gentamycin, Ciprofloxaci, Erythromycin and Clindamycin, and mostly sensitive to nitrofurantoin and Rifampin. Vancomycin Resistant Staphylococcus was not found. Conclusion It's very important to use antibiotics reasonably and adopt effective measure to prevent spread of MRS.
