Iodine%Selenium%Thyroid
目的 探讨硒对高碘摄入大鼠甲状腺功能和组织学改变的影响.方法 将wistar大鼠分为对照组、高碘组和高碘加硒组,高碘加硒组灌胃给予亚硒酸钠,观察各组血清甲状腺球蛋白抗体、甲状腺微粒抗体、游离甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)游离甲状腺素(FT4)及促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平,光镜下甲状腺组织学变化.结果 各组实验前后血清FT3、FT4和TSH水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),高碘组两种抗体水平逐渐缓慢升高,自身前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而高碘加硒组抗体水平变化不大(P>0.05).光镜下高碘组甲状腺滤泡胞腔明显增大,腔内充满了胶质,甚至可以见到滤泡融合现象,与高碘组相比,高碘加硒组甲状腺组织形态趋于正常化.结论 高碘组可诱发类似甲状腺肿的病理学变化,且自身抗体水平随着时间的延长逐步升高,而硒对此有保护作用.
目的 探討硒對高碘攝入大鼠甲狀腺功能和組織學改變的影響.方法 將wistar大鼠分為對照組、高碘組和高碘加硒組,高碘加硒組灌胃給予亞硒痠鈉,觀察各組血清甲狀腺毬蛋白抗體、甲狀腺微粒抗體、遊離甲狀腺原氨痠(FT3)遊離甲狀腺素(FT4)及促甲狀腺激素(TSH)水平,光鏡下甲狀腺組織學變化.結果 各組實驗前後血清FT3、FT4和TSH水平差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),高碘組兩種抗體水平逐漸緩慢升高,自身前後對比差異有統計學意義(P<0.05),而高碘加硒組抗體水平變化不大(P>0.05).光鏡下高碘組甲狀腺濾泡胞腔明顯增大,腔內充滿瞭膠質,甚至可以見到濾泡融閤現象,與高碘組相比,高碘加硒組甲狀腺組織形態趨于正常化.結論 高碘組可誘髮類似甲狀腺腫的病理學變化,且自身抗體水平隨著時間的延長逐步升高,而硒對此有保護作用.
목적 탐토서대고전섭입대서갑상선공능화조직학개변적영향.방법 장wistar대서분위대조조、고전조화고전가서조,고전가서조관위급여아서산납,관찰각조혈청갑상선구단백항체、갑상선미립항체、유리갑상선원안산(FT3)유리갑상선소(FT4)급촉갑상선격소(TSH)수평,광경하갑상선조직학변화.결과 각조실험전후혈청FT3、FT4화TSH수평차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),고전조량충항체수평축점완만승고,자신전후대비차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),이고전가서조항체수평변화불대(P>0.05).광경하고전조갑상선려포포강명현증대,강내충만료효질,심지가이견도려포융합현상,여고전조상비,고전가서조갑상선조직형태추우정상화.결론 고전조가유발유사갑상선종적병이학변화,차자신항체수평수착시간적연장축보승고,이서대차유보호작용.
Objective To investigate the influence of selenium on the function and histio-structure of thyroid of rats with excessive intake of iodine.Methods Wistar rats were divided into three groups by random:normal control, high iodine group, and high iodine plus selenium group.We lavaged rats with sodium selenite in the high iodine plus selenium group.At the end of the experiment, we observed the histio-structure and levels of TGAb, TMAb, FT3, FT4 and TSH in serum.Results The levels of FT3, FT4 and TSH did not change much (P > 0.05), the levels of TGAb and TMAb in the high iodine group grew up slowly (P < 0.05), and did not change much in the high iodine plus selenium group.Under light microscope, the follicle of thyroid of rats grew much larger and follicular epithelial cells were pushed thinner in the high iodine group.Compared with the high iodine group, the follicular of the thyroid in the high iodine plus selenium group was much better.Conclusions The excessive intake of iodine contributes to goiter, and selenium has therapeutic effect on it.
