目的报道趾C形皮瓣修复手指环形组织缺损的临床效果。方法在趾近节设计C形皮瓣移植于手指组织缺损处，移植组织中的皮肤、血管、神经、肌腱、骨等组织桥接相应的手指缺损组织。结果临床应用11 例，全部成活9例，皮瓣部分坏死2例。修复后的手指，外形近似健指，感觉、运动功能均达优良。结论趾C形皮瓣移植修复手指环形组织缺损，可恢复手指的原有功能与外观。
목적보도지C형피판수복수지배형조직결손적림상효과。방법재지근절설계C형피판이식우수지조직결손처，이식조직중적피부、혈관、신경、기건、골등조직교접상응적수지결손조직。결과림상응용11 례，전부성활9례，피판부분배사2례。수복후적수지，외형근사건지，감각、운동공능균체우량。결론지C형피판이식수복수지배형조직결손，가회복수지적원유공능여외관。
Objective To repairc ircular tissue defect in finger with “C” shape flaps Meth ods Designing “C” shape hallucis flaps in the proximal segment s of hallucis and transplanting them to repa ir the defect in fingers.Repairing the co r responding tissue defect of skin，vessel， nerve，tendon and bone with the transplan t tissues； Results Among the 11 cases app lied clinically，complete survival in 9 c ases.Partial skin margin necrosis in 2 c ases.All cases have excellent appearance ，sensory and motor function； Conclus ion R epairing circular tissue defect in finger by “C” shape hallucis flaps can recover the original function and appearance of the fingers.
