目的 研究体外超声辅助巴曲酶和复方丹参治疗对急性脑梗死患者脑功能的影响。 方法 发病48 h以内的急性脑梗死患者68例,随机分为超声组和对照组各34例,两组第1、2、3、4天分别静脉滴注巴曲酶10 U、10 U、5 U、5 U加入100 ml 0.9%氯化钠注射液,共4次。同时复方丹参16 ml,加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml内静脉滴注,每日1次,疗程10 d。超声组加用体外超声治疗,每次20 min,每日1次,共10次。治疗前后检查患者脑电图(EEG)、脑电地形图(BEAM)和脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)等。 结果 超声组总有效率91%,对照组72%,两组疗效差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.05)。超声组治疗后脑电图和脑干听觉诱发电位改善优于对照组(P<0.05~0.01)。 结论 体外超声辅助巴曲酶和复方丹参治疗急性脑梗死可以更有效地改善患者脑功能,提高临床疗效。

목적 연구체외초성보조파곡매화복방단삼치료대급성뇌경사환자뇌공능적영향。 방법 발병48 h이내적급성뇌경사환자68례,수궤분위초성조화대조조각34례,량조제1、2、3、4천분별정맥적주파곡매10 U、10 U、5 U、5 U가입100 ml 0.9%록화납주사액,공4차。동시복방단삼16 ml,가입0.9%록화납주사액250 ml내정맥적주,매일1차,료정10 d。초성조가용체외초성치료,매차20 min,매일1차,공10차。치료전후검사환자뇌전도(EEG)、뇌전지형도(BEAM)화뇌간은각유발전위(BAEP)등。 결과 초성조총유효솔91%,대조조72%,량조료효차이유비상현저성의의(P<0.05)。초성조치료후뇌전도화뇌간은각유발전위개선우우대조조(P<0.05~0.01)。 결론 체외초성보조파곡매화복방단삼치료급성뇌경사가이경유효지개선환자뇌공능,제고림상료효。
Objective To study influence of external therapeutic ultrasound (ETUS) on brain function in patients with acute cerebral infarction,which were treated by Batroxobin and co salviae milliorrhiza injection. Methods 68 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into ETUS group (34 cases) and control group (34 cases). They were all received the treatment of Bathroxobin 10 U (1st day),10 U (2nd day),5 U (3rd day),5 U (4th day) in 100 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, iv, drip; and co salvia miltirrhiza 16 ml in 250 ml of sodium chloride injection, iv, drip, once a day for ten days. On the basis of this treatment, ETUS group patients were added ETUS, 20 min a time in a day, for 10 times. Before and after treatment, EEG,BEAM and BAEP were examined respectively. Results The total effective rate of ETUS group and control group was 91% and 72%, Ridit analysis showed a significant difference (P<0.05). The improvement of EEG,BEAM and BAEP was better in ETUS group than those in control group, (P<0.05~0.01). Conclusion External therapeutic ultrasound assisting Batroxobin and co salvia miltirrhiza is a better method to improve EEG,BDAM and BAEP, and thus can raise curative effect in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
