目的 通过测定白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在退变椎间盘组织中的水平,探讨其在椎间盘退变中的作用.方法 用放免法测量椎间盘退变组(观察组)和对照组椎间盘组织中IL-1、IL-8及TNF-α的含量,并进行统计学分析.结果 观察组中IL-1、IL-8及TNF-α含量分别为(71.35±11.23)μg/L、(7.33±2.45)μg/L、(6.54±2.67)μgL;对照组分别为(28.58±12.25)μg/L、(2.35±1.15)μg/L、(3.33±1.45)μg/L.观察组IL-1、IL-8及TNF-α水平显著高于对照组.结论 椎间盘组织中细胞因子IL-1、IL-8及TNF-α水平与椎间盘退变有关,可能是导致椎间盘组织退变的重要原因之一.

목적 통과측정백세포개소-1(IL-1)、백세포개소-8(IL-8)급종류배사인자-α(TNF-α)재퇴변추간반조직중적수평,탐토기재추간반퇴변중적작용.방법 용방면법측량추간반퇴변조(관찰조)화대조조추간반조직중IL-1、IL-8급TNF-α적함량,병진행통계학분석.결과 관찰조중IL-1、IL-8급TNF-α함량분별위(71.35±11.23)μg/L、(7.33±2.45)μg/L、(6.54±2.67)μgL;대조조분별위(28.58±12.25)μg/L、(2.35±1.15)μg/L、(3.33±1.45)μg/L.관찰조IL-1、IL-8급TNF-α수평현저고우대조조.결론 추간반조직중세포인자IL-1、IL-8급TNF-α수평여추간반퇴변유관,가능시도치추간반조직퇴변적중요원인지일.
Objective To detect the levels of interleukin-1 (IL-1) ,interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in herniated intervertebral disc,and discuss the role of IL-1 、IL-8 and TNF-α in the course of the intervertebral disc degeneration and to clarify the mechanism of the lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration and herniation. Methods The medium was analyzed subsequently for the production of IL-1 、IL-8 and TNF-α in the control group and herniation group ( experiment group). Results The levels of IL-1 、 IL-8 and TNF-α in the experiment group were ( 71.35 ± 11.23 ) μg/L, (7.33 ± 2.45 ) μg/L, ( 6.54 ± 2.67 ) μg/L; The levels of IL-1 、 IL-8 and TNF-αin the control group were(28.58 ± 12.25) μg/L, (2.35 ± 1.15 ) μg/L, ( 3.33 ± 1.45 ) μg/L. The levels of IL-1 、IL-8 and TNF-α in the experiment group were obviously higher than that in the control group. There was statistical significance (P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion There was obvious relationship between the levels of IL-1 、IL-8 and TNF-α in herniated intervertebral disc and disc degeneration. The increase of the levels of IL-1 、IL-8 and TNF-α could be the cause of intervertebral disc herniation and disc degeneration.
