目的 探讨ICU护士无菌吸痰技术依从性.方法 采用直接观察法和问卷调查法对ICU护士76名的482人次吸痰操作进行分析,找出易污染的环节.结果 ICU护士在吸痰过程中,操作前后漏洗手次数较严重,工作年限短的护士吸痰污染率较高.结论 加强ICU护士的无菌意识,才能提高ICU护士无菌吸痰技术依从性.

Objective To evaluate ICU nurse's compliance to abide by the aseptic technology of sputum suctioning. Methods The direct observation method and the questionnaire survey procedure were used to analyze sputum suctioning technique of 76 nurses several 482 times to find out the sections easily be polluted. Results ICU nurses had relative serious problems in the times of washing hand before the operation, the nurses who had shorter work experience of ICU had a relative high rate of pollution. Conclusions Through improving the nurse~ awareness of the concept of sterile, the ICU nurse's compliance to the aseptic technology of sputum suctioning is advanced.
