　　目的：探讨家居管理与用药指导对哮喘儿童的护理方法与效果。方法：4～13岁哮喘儿童80例根据护理参与情况分为治疗组40例儿童与对照组40例儿童，两组都采用传统的治疗与护理方法，在此基础上治疗组给予积极的家居管理与用药指导。结果：护理后两组都痊愈出院，治疗组的社会退缩、攻击、破坏行为与总分得分明显少于对照组（P＜0.05），而两组的忧郁、睡眠问题和躯体诉述得分对比无明显差异（P＞0.05）。护理后治疗组的节律性、适应性、持久性、注意分散得分都明显少于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：家居管理与用药指导对哮喘儿童的护理能促进儿童形成良好的心理行为特征与气质特征，也有利于哮喘发作的终止，值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the home management and medication guidance in the care of asthma in children and effect. Method:4-13-year-old children with asthma 80 cases divided into a treatment group of 40 cases of children with the control group of 40 children under the care involved in both groups using traditional methods of treatment and care,the treatment group on the basis of positive to home management medication guide. Results:Care after both groups were discharged treatment group social withdrawal, attacks, acts of sabotage, and Total score was significantly less than that of the control group (P<0.05) groups depression, sleep problems and somatic complaints referred contrast no significant scores differences (P>0.05). The rhythm of the care in the treatment group, adaptability,persistence,distractibility scores are significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:home management and medication guide in the care of children with asthma can promote a good psychological and behavioral characteristics and temperament characteristics of children, but also conducive to the termination of an asthma attack, should be widely applied.
