目的探讨外伤性眼球脱位的预防及急诊处理的有效措施.方法从发病年龄、时间、职业、病因、并发症、手术方法、治疗结果及脱位类别进行分析.结果眼球脱位多见于中青年男性,好发于工人、农民及学生等,以车祸多见,大多损伤较重,常伴有严重的并发症,致眼球或视力丧失.处理方法以手法复位为主,治疗结果与就诊时间早晚、脱位(程度全脱位或半脱位)以及患者年龄等有关.结论加强安全教育、增强自我保护意识是预防眼球脱位的关键,一旦发生眼球脱位应及时就诊,原则上尽最大努力挽救患者的眼球或视力.
목적 탐토외상성안구탈위적예방급급진처리적유효조시.방법 종발병년령、시간、직업、병인、병발증、수술방법、치료결과급탈위유별진행분석.결과 안구탈위다견우중청년남성,호발우공인、농민급학생등,이차화다견,대다손상교중,상반유엄중적병발증,치안구혹시력상실.처리방법이수법복위위주,치료결과여취진시간조만、탈위(정도전탈위혹반탈위)이급환자년령등유관.결론 가강안전교육、증강자아보호의식시예방안구탈위적관건,일단발생안구탈위응급시취진,원칙상진최대노력만구환자적안구혹시력.
Objective To study the prevention and the emergency medical treatment processing effective action of traumatic globe luxation.Method To analysis the morbidity age,the time,the occupation,the cause of disease,the complications,the surgery method,the prognosis and the dislocation category of traumatic globe luxation.Results The eyeball dislocation patient were more common in the middle-aged male,including the worker,the farmer and the student and so on,more occured in the traffic accident,damages heavily,often merges the serious complication,lead to the loss of the eyeball or the vision.Manual replacement was the main treatment measure,its prognosis depended on the treatment time,the dislocation category,and the morbidity age.Conclusion Intensifies safety education and enhances ego safeguard consciousness is the key to prevent eyeball dislocation,the patient in the event of eyeball dislocation should seek medical advice to handle in time and best effort to save the eyeball and vision in principle.
