Career management is an important part of human resouces management and the career management to male nurses is of great theoretical and practical significance. The necessity of career management of male nurses was confirmed in this paper by analyzing the current career development status of male nurses. This paper reviewed the researches on career management of male nurses that had been done both domestically and abroad, and proposed some career management strategies in theory.
