目的探讨医院推行床边工作制对提高患者护理满意度的作用.方法对本院2010年3月至2011年3月推行床边工作制的专项工作内容及结果进行回顾性分析.选取2010 ～2011年前后入院患者321例,随机将所有患者分为两组,即对照组160例与观察组161例.对照组患者采用传统护理模式,观察组在使用新型多功能护理车的情况下,采用“将护士责任落实到床边”的床边工作制度进行患者各项护理工作.采用问卷调查的形式比较两组患者住院期间对医院满意度、医生护士满意度及护理质量满意度.结果观察组患者各项满意度调查结果均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论医院贯彻落实护士床边工作制,能对责任制护理起到确切具体的实际作用,对提高医院整体护理质量水平及患者住院期间各项满意度指数有着重要意义.

Objective To investigate the hospital carrying out bedside work system to enhance the patients'satisfaction with nursingcare.Methods The special work contents of carrying out bedside work system from the 2010 March t0 2011 March and its results were ana-lyzed retrospectively.A total of 321 patients were selected before and after admission from 2010 t0 2011 and divided into two groups,160 cases were in the control group and 161 cases in observation group. Patients in the control group adopted the traditional nursing,in the observation group on the base of using new multifunctional nursing trolley case,the work system of " nurse responsibilities implemented into bedside" was applied to do the nursing work.The questionnaires were applied to compare patients'satisfaction,doctor and nurses satisfaction andsatisfaction degree of nursing quality between the two groups.Results The satisfaction degrees in the observation group were significantlybetter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05 ) .Conclusions The bedside work systemcan enhance nursing quality and the satisfaction indexes.
