目的 探讨噻托溴铵与沙美特罗/氟替卡松联合应用对中度COPD患者肺功能及生命质量的影响.方法 将60例中度COPD患者随机分为A、B、C三组,A组单用噻托溴铵,B组单用沙美特罗/氟替卡松,C组同时使用噻托溴铵和沙美特罗/氟替卡松,治疗3个月,检测治疗前后肺功能及生命质量评分.结果 A组及B组治疗前后FEV1/FVC改善具有显著的统计学意义,但两组FEV1的改善无统计意义,而C组FEV1及FEV1/FVC治疗前后改善均具有显著统计学意义;A组治疗前后生命质量总均分差异无统计学意义,而B组及C组治疗前后生命质量总均分改善具有显著性统计学意义.结论 联合吸入长效抗胆碱能药物、长效β-2受体激动剂及糖皮质激素不仅能改善中度COPD患者肺功能,同时能提高生命质量.
目的 探討噻託溴銨與沙美特囉/氟替卡鬆聯閤應用對中度COPD患者肺功能及生命質量的影響.方法 將60例中度COPD患者隨機分為A、B、C三組,A組單用噻託溴銨,B組單用沙美特囉/氟替卡鬆,C組同時使用噻託溴銨和沙美特囉/氟替卡鬆,治療3箇月,檢測治療前後肺功能及生命質量評分.結果 A組及B組治療前後FEV1/FVC改善具有顯著的統計學意義,但兩組FEV1的改善無統計意義,而C組FEV1及FEV1/FVC治療前後改善均具有顯著統計學意義;A組治療前後生命質量總均分差異無統計學意義,而B組及C組治療前後生命質量總均分改善具有顯著性統計學意義.結論 聯閤吸入長效抗膽堿能藥物、長效β-2受體激動劑及糖皮質激素不僅能改善中度COPD患者肺功能,同時能提高生命質量.

Objective To investigate the effects of tiotropium with salmeterol / fluticasone in patients with moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Motbods 60 patients with stable moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into 3 groups of tiotropium ( A group ),saimeterol/fluticasone ( B group ) and tiotropium +saimeterol/fluticasone ( C group ), FEV1, FEV1/FVC and quality of life(QOL) were measured before and 3 months after treatment. Results The FEV1/FVC in all groups was improved. Furthermore the EEV1 in C group was obviously improved. Except A group, the QOL in B and C groups were also obviously improved. Conelusion The joint usage of tiotropium and salmeterol/fluticasone in patients with moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the pulmonary function and quality of life.
