论文在国家主席习近平访俄实现能源合作突破的背景下，在分析了中俄合作的历史必然性之后，通过回顾中俄天然气合作的发展历程，得出中俄天然气合作面临双方对中国市场预测不同、彼此间战略博弈以及政治互信水平低的问题，并基于此从6个方面提出了促进中俄天然气合作的建议。
論文在國傢主席習近平訪俄實現能源閤作突破的揹景下，在分析瞭中俄閤作的歷史必然性之後，通過迴顧中俄天然氣閤作的髮展歷程，得齣中俄天然氣閤作麵臨雙方對中國市場預測不同、彼此間戰略博弈以及政治互信水平低的問題，併基于此從6箇方麵提齣瞭促進中俄天然氣閤作的建議。

The natural gas cooperation have not reach a consensus after the 16th regular meeting between China and Russia. After the analysis of historical inevitability of China-Russian cooperation, through in retrospect the development history of natural gas cooperation between China and Russia,the paper concludes that the difference of china market forecast, the game of strategy and the little trust of political are the main problems the cooperation facing. On the basis of that, it puts forward some suggestions from 6 aspects to promote natural gas cooperation between China and Russia.
