通过对高校性健康教育中暴露的问题以体育干预为解决手段为本文的切入点,运用文献资料和问卷调查等方法,研究指出在高校性健康教育中通过体育平台树立良好的性形象,培养卓越的性气质;排遣性郁闷,减少性罪错;鼓励异性之间健康的交往;提供性教育的室外、实践课等体育干预手段与措施。为高校性健康教育的开展提供了参考依据。

Based on exposed problems in sexual health education,taking the resolved method of sports intervention as cutting point,using the method of literature review and questionnaire,this paper points out that the sexual health education in university can set a good sexual image,develop a great sexual temperament,overcome the sexual depression,reduce the sexual offence,encourage interaction between heterosexual health by the platform of sports.When the sexual education are taken on the outdoor,the practice course and other sports intervention or measures canprovide reference basisfor the development of sexual health about education in university.
