在GT421型旋转式电子多臂机选综凸轮机构中,对原共轭凸轮进行表面曲率评析,得出其初测结果及凸轮所存在的缺陷。从运动学设计角度出发,通过对共轭凸轮外轮廓线的极坐标理论推导,重新设计共轭凸轮,并通过MATLAB编程及对后续数据的仿真处理,取得明显改进效果。

According to the surface curvature analysis on the original conjugate cam based on the election comprehensive agencies of GT421 electronic rotary dobby, it will get the defects based on the preliminary survey and the cam. From the view of kinematic design, this article has redesigned the conjugate cam through the polar coordinate theory deduction to its contour, then programmed by MATI.AB and simulated the follow-up dates, we achieved obvious improvement results.
