为发现我国国家标准与国外发达国家标准法规的差距，从根本上提高我国国家标准的总体质量，提升我国产品的质量安全水平，以关键指标（因子）为核心，研究国内外标准法规比对的工作流程，利用面向对象的方法设计，实现了国内外标准法规比对分析系统。该系统适用于所有产品国内外标准法规的比对工作。
為髮現我國國傢標準與國外髮達國傢標準法規的差距，從根本上提高我國國傢標準的總體質量，提升我國產品的質量安全水平，以關鍵指標（因子）為覈心，研究國內外標準法規比對的工作流程，利用麵嚮對象的方法設計，實現瞭國內外標準法規比對分析繫統。該繫統適用于所有產品國內外標準法規的比對工作。
위발현아국국가표준여국외발체국가표준법규적차거，종근본상제고아국국가표준적총체질량，제승아국산품적질량안전수평，이관건지표（인자）위핵심，연구국내외표준법규비대적공작류정，이용면향대상적방법설계，실현료국내외표준법규비대분석계통。해계통괄용우소유산품국내외표준법규적비대공작。
To find the differences of standards and regulations between home and abroad, improve the quality of Chinese standards, increase the products＇ quality safety level, work flow for standards and regulations between home and abroad based on key factors is studied. According to the object oriented design method, the paper designs and implements the system, which is applica- ble to all kinds of products in comparison and analysis of standards and regulations home and abroad.
