提出软技能对关系质量和外包绩效的影响模型,利用在西安软件园进行问卷调查收集的相关数据,运用SPSS17.0进行了统计分析,实证研究结果表明:软技能和关系质量都能够影响IT外包的绩效;但是,当关系质量存在时它能够在软技能对外包绩效的影响中起到中介作用。

We propose a model about the impacts of soft skills on relationship quality and outsourcing performance, use the data collected from the questionnaire survey that is conducted in Xi'an Software Park, and make a statistical analysis with the help of SPSS 17.0. The results of this empirical research show that both soft skills and relationship quality can affect IT outsourcing performance; however, relationship quality plays a mediate role in the association between soft skills and outsourcing performance.
