Wucheng town is the core of the nature protection of Poyang Lake. There are rich tourism resources. However, the implementation of the Poyang Lake hydraulic project will change its tourism development. The paper introduces the current situation of Wucheng town tourism development simply. And according to influences from the Poyang Lake hydraulic project, the road to the development of Wucheng town tourism, developing eco-tourism, is pointed out. The paper also analyses conditions of development of eco-tourism, products design and some problems.
