高层工业厂房混合框架结构在正常生产过程中存在大幅度振动,不能满足工作人员的舒适度要求.首先,利用ANSYS软件建立高层厂房三维有限元模型,计算出结构前几阶的固有频率和振型.其次,将结构附属设备系统作为TMD附加质量,合理设计出TMD参数.在简谐激励下,分别对施加和未施加TMD两种情况下的结构进行了动力时程分析.结果表明,施加TMD后,其结构的层间位移,加速度均得到了较好控制,其控制率在48%以上,说明此设计方案可行,对相关结构的振动控制具有一定的指导意义.

The framework of a mixture of high-level industrial plant exists a large amplitude vibration in its normal productive process,and the staff's requirements of comfort cannot be met.Firstly,a finite element model of the plant is established and then several natural frequencies and modes of the structure are calculated with ANSYS.Secondly,the system ancillary equipment is taken as an additional mass of the TMD,and the parameters of the TMD are designed reasonably.The dynamic time-history of the structure with TMD and without TMD are analyzed under a harmonic excitation.The results show that the story drifts and accelerations of the structure with TMD have been well controlled and the control rate of which is 48% or more.Therefore,this design is feasible and provides a referential guidance for the vibration control of correlation structures.
