构建高校公寓思想政治教育模式需要建立一个以辅导员为核心，学生骨干为主导、寝室学生为辅助的网络化的公寓思想政治教育体系。并形成“教育一测评一管理”相结合的联动机制，还需要在构建过程中做到“四入”和“五个到位”。
