通过建立NF-κB活性检测方法,考察了仙鹤草降糖活性部位中分离得到的单体对NF-κB活性的影响,并探讨了仙鹤草降糖成分的降糖机理。结果显示:乌苏酸具有较强活性;没食子酸、山柰酚、槲皮素有活性;胡萝卜甙、鞣花酸无明显活性。证明仙鹤草中部分化合物能抑制NF-κB激活系统。
通過建立NF-κB活性檢測方法,攷察瞭仙鶴草降糖活性部位中分離得到的單體對NF-κB活性的影響,併探討瞭仙鶴草降糖成分的降糖機理。結果顯示:烏囌痠具有較彊活性;沒食子痠、山柰酚、槲皮素有活性;鬍蘿蔔甙、鞣花痠無明顯活性。證明仙鶴草中部分化閤物能抑製NF-κB激活繫統。
통과건립NF-κB활성검측방법,고찰료선학초강당활성부위중분리득도적단체대NF-κB활성적영향,병탐토료선학초강당성분적강당궤리。결과현시:오소산구유교강활성;몰식자산、산내분、곡피소유활성;호라복대、유화산무명현활성。증명선학초중부분화합물능억제NF-κB격활계통。
In order to study the mechanism of lowering blood sugar of active constituents from Agrimonia with lowering blood sugar.The study on inhibition of NF-κB activating system has a significant role in knowing whether active constituents from Agrimonia with lowering blood sugar have influences on inhibition of NF-κB activating system.Compounds ursolic acid,quercetin exhibit great activities;compounds gallic acid,kaempferol exhibit activities;compounds daucosterol,ellagic acid don't exhibit apparent activities.Some constituents from Agrimonia can lowering blood sugar by inhibiting the NF-κB activation.
