以阳荷、葡萄皮和洋葱为原料,采用超声波法提取出几种植物色素,并将植物色素作保质期观察和酸碱指示剂的应用,结果表明:植物色素在70%的酸性乙醇中保质期最长,而在强酸和强碱性溶液中保质期最短。另外,红色素在酸性条件下显红色,在碱性条件下显蓝色,而且阳荷红色素的显色更加明显。因此,通过超声波法提取出的植物色素,阳荷红色素最适宜作为酸碱指示剂的应用。
以暘荷、葡萄皮和洋蔥為原料,採用超聲波法提取齣幾種植物色素,併將植物色素作保質期觀察和痠堿指示劑的應用,結果錶明:植物色素在70%的痠性乙醇中保質期最長,而在彊痠和彊堿性溶液中保質期最短。另外,紅色素在痠性條件下顯紅色,在堿性條件下顯藍色,而且暘荷紅色素的顯色更加明顯。因此,通過超聲波法提取齣的植物色素,暘荷紅色素最適宜作為痠堿指示劑的應用。

Using Zingiber strioatum,grape skin and onion as raw rnaterials,several plant pigments were extracted with ultrasonic,and the shelf life and the application of these plant pigments as acid-base indicator were studied.The results showed that these plant pigments are preserved for the longest time in 70% acid alcohol solution while for the shortest time in the superacid and alkali solution.Besides,the haematochrome explicited red in acidic conditions and blue in alkaline condition,while the color of haematochrome of Zingiber strioatum in both conditions was more obvious.Therefore,among those plant pigments extracted by means of ultrasonic,the haematochrome of Zingiber strioatum was most suitable as the acid-base indicator.
