智能配网中的发展方向之一是提高调度中心的信息集成度、实现高效的数据交换和共享,信息编码是实现集成的重要支持技术之一。为同时满足配网设备管理和调度运行的需求,在研究配网系统应用面向服务架构(service.orientedarchitecture,SOA)进行集成的基础上,提出一种“设备编码一调度编码”双编码体系,在调度编码中引入虚拟变电站和虚拟开关站的概念对配网模型进行分层分区。提出了2套编码相互映射的概念和实现方法,并通过自校验保证编码准确性。最后展望了未来编码技术的发展方向。

One of the development direction of smart distribution network is to increase the integration of information in dispatching center and implement efficient data exchange and sharing, and information encoding is one of the important supporting technique for the integration. To meet the demands of distribution equipment management and dispatching operation, based on the research on applying the information integration to distribution system by service-oriented architecture (SOA) a dual-encoding system, i.e., the equipment encoding and dispatch encoding, is proposed and the concepts of virtual transfomation substation and virtual switching substation are led in to carry out hierarchical partitioning of distribution network model. The concept and implementation of mutual mapping between the two sets of codes are put forward, and the accuracy of the encoding is ensured by self-checking. Finally, the development direction of coding technique in future is prospected.
