    For the purpose of cultivating the innovative talent and developing the comprehensive innovative experiments,the paper dealt with the reason and the design experiment process to develop the comprehensive innovative experiment.The evidence showed that the comprehensive innovative experiment was conducive to the production of innovative talents.
