面对"创造"日益成为时代主题的社会,为幼儿创设良好的环境,培养其创新精神和实践能力理应成为广大幼儿教师义不容辞的责任。培养幼儿的创新精神,物质环境创设路径为:设置"小问号"信箱,引导幼儿善思、好问;设立"巧手角",开展创新性实践活动;让"自然角"成为幼儿主动探究的阵地;丰富活动区材料,发展幼儿创造思维。精神环境的创设路径为:更新教育观念,激发创新意识;营造创新氛围,发展创新个性;改革教学方法,引导主动探索。这些路径在实践中很好地促进了幼儿创新思维的发展和动手能力的提高。

Faced with the trend of "creativity" becoming the main theme in the future society,teachers are responsible for establishing good environment to cultivate children's creativity and abilities to do practice.The methods adopted to cultivate children's creativity and establish good physical environment are:set up "question" mailbox to help students think and raise questions;establish "handy man corner" to carry out activities full of creativity;make "nature corner" be the place for children to search for facts;enrich activities to develop children's individual personality;reform teaching methods to advocate initiative research.These methods will all promote the development of children's creativity as well as their handing abilities in practice.
