The method of ELISA applied in determination of clenbuterol in pig urine was introduced in this paper.The detection results were analyzed with enzyme mark instrument after the clenbuterol in pig urine was treated with kit.The method is simple,and showed high detecting speed and sensitivity,and can treat many samples at the same time.It is a good monitoring method to ensure the meat safety.
