选用酚醛树脂、环氧树脂和聚氨基树脂等3种黏合树脂,分别对经电解处理的碳纤维复合线进行涂胶成型,对它们的强度进行了比较,并用未经电解处理的碳纤维复合线进行对比。结果表明,碳纤维只有经过适当的表面处理,才能在复合材料中发挥良好的增强作用,而碳纤维复合材料所用的黏合树脂对材料的性能有较大的影响。
選用酚醛樹脂、環氧樹脂和聚氨基樹脂等3種黏閤樹脂,分彆對經電解處理的碳纖維複閤線進行塗膠成型,對它們的彊度進行瞭比較,併用未經電解處理的碳纖維複閤線進行對比。結果錶明,碳纖維隻有經過適噹的錶麵處理,纔能在複閤材料中髮揮良好的增彊作用,而碳纖維複閤材料所用的黏閤樹脂對材料的性能有較大的影響。

The carbon fiber composite wire after electrolysis treatment was gelatinized for molding with phenolic resin, epoxide resin and polyamino resin respectively, and comparison was made among their intensities.Comparative trial was also made for carbon fiber composite wires before and after electrolysis treatment. Result showed that carbon fiber could have good enhancement behavior in compound material only after appropriatesurface treatment, and the adhesive resin used in carbon fiber compound material had great effect on the performance of material.
