文章试图从以人为本涵义出发，对以人为本理念进行再认识，将之与中国传统思想中的“民本”思想相比较，认识以人为本是引领政治文明的先进理念。正确处理人民内部矛盾是构建社会主义和谐社会的重点，而要以民主方式解决人民内部矛盾，促进社会和谐，必须坚持以人为本这一构建社会主义和谐社会的根本原则不动摇。
文章試圖從以人為本涵義齣髮，對以人為本理唸進行再認識，將之與中國傳統思想中的“民本”思想相比較，認識以人為本是引領政治文明的先進理唸。正確處理人民內部矛盾是構建社會主義和諧社會的重點，而要以民主方式解決人民內部矛盾，促進社會和諧，必鬚堅持以人為本這一構建社會主義和諧社會的根本原則不動搖。

This article attempts to proceed to recognize the meaning of people orientation which is the advanced concept leading to political civilization in comparison with the ＂people-basis＂ thought in the traditional Chinese thinking,＇ because correctly handling contradictions among the people is the focus of building a harmonious socialist society. If we want to use the democratic way to resolve contradictions among the people and promote social harmony, we must unwaveringly adhere to the people-oriented fundamental principle in the construction of a harmouious socialist society.
