伊宁市餐饮业行业规模扩大，发展速度加快，服务领域的扩宽以及饮食越来越社会化，其竞争强度越来越激烈。更新经营方式，拓展大众市场，建全餐饮业的“软硬”件设施，发展餐饮信息渠道是伊宁市餐饮业应探索的主旋律。所以，科学化，集锦化，社会化是21世纪的发展方向。但餐饮业的发展给伊宁市带来了很大的环境压力，水污染、大气污染等是目前该市迫切需要解决的问题。本文针对这一问题，提出了健全和完善有关环境法律法规，从源头控制餐饮业的环境污染的措施，来解决伊宁市餐饮业环境污染问题。
