技术改进与创新是体操项目发展的动力。以江苏体操队陈晨为研究对象,采用三维录像解析方法,对其反交叉倒立动作进行分析,指导技术改进,同时,帮助他攻克正交叉倒立的动作,接着又对正、反两个交叉倒立动作进行录像解析和对比分析,确定该动作技术原理。在此基础上,提出鞍马交叉回环的创新动作设计,进行可行性论证,指导进一步的动作创新。

Technological improvement and innovation are the motivations of gymnastics development.Jiangsu gymnastics team Chen Chen is the research object.This text uses three-dimensional video analytic method,analysises his anti-cross handstanding action,and guides technological improvements,while helping him to capture the action being cross handstanding.Then by means of capturing and analysising his cross and anti-cross handstanding actions,it determines the technical principles of the action.On this basis,it proposes pommel horse cross-loop action design which is a innovative actions,to carry out feasibility studies and to guide further action innovations.
