The harmony and unity of legal and social effect of police＇s law enforcement is stated according to the request of social law enforcement idea. To achieve this, the police has to be faced with the problems and contradictions confusion of the legal, social environment and the quality of the policemen＇s constrains. To realize the harmony and unity, the police should strengthen the correct use of legal research, improve the level of correctly handling the relationship between the law and police, and work hard to innovate law enforcement.
