考查了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、添加剂种类及添加量等因素对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明,焙烧温度和焙烧时间对钒浸出率影响较大,最佳的焙烧条件为800℃、3 h;添加NaCl或Na2CO3均能显著提高钒浸出率,添加2%Na2CO3+1%氧化剂H-1,可使钒浸出率提高23.21个百分点,达到84.45%。
攷查瞭焙燒溫度、焙燒時間、添加劑種類及添加量等因素對釩浸齣率的影響。結果錶明,焙燒溫度和焙燒時間對釩浸齣率影響較大,最佳的焙燒條件為800℃、3 h;添加NaCl或Na2CO3均能顯著提高釩浸齣率,添加2%Na2CO3+1%氧化劑H-1,可使釩浸齣率提高23.21箇百分點,達到84.45%。
고사료배소온도、배소시간、첨가제충류급첨가량등인소대범침출솔적영향。결과표명,배소온도화배소시간대범침출솔영향교대,최가적배소조건위800℃、3 h;첨가NaCl혹Na2CO3균능현저제고범침출솔,첨가2%Na2CO3+1%양화제H-1,가사범침출솔제고23.21개백분점,체도84.45%。
Effects of roasting temperature,roasting time,kinds and addition amount of addition and other factors to vanadium leaching rate were investigated.Results indicate that roasting temperature and time have greater influence to vanadium leaching rate,best roasting condition is 800 ℃,3 h;adding NaCl or Na2CO3 both could increasing vanadium leaching rate significantly,vanadium leaching rate could increase 23.21 percentage reach to 84.45% by adding 2% Na2CO3+1% oxidant H-1.
