报道了以兰索拉唑羟基物(2-羟甲基3-甲基-4(2,2,2-三氟乙氧基)-吡啶)为起始原料进行兰索拉唑合成的新工艺。新工艺中用PBr3替代SOCl2作为卤化剂,用H2O2—(NH3)2MoO4体系替代间氯过氧苯甲酸作为氧化剂,卤化与缩合工艺合并成一步。试验结果表明,该新工艺操作简单,能有效降低生产成本,可满足工业化生产要求。
報道瞭以蘭索拉唑羥基物(2-羥甲基3-甲基-4(2,2,2-三氟乙氧基)-吡啶)為起始原料進行蘭索拉唑閤成的新工藝。新工藝中用PBr3替代SOCl2作為滷化劑,用H2O2—(NH3)2MoO4體繫替代間氯過氧苯甲痠作為氧化劑,滷化與縮閤工藝閤併成一步。試驗結果錶明,該新工藝操作簡單,能有效降低生產成本,可滿足工業化生產要求。

In this paper,a new synthetic process of lansoprazole was studied with 2-hydroxymethyl-3-methyl- 4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy) pyridine as the original material.In new process,the PBr3 was selected as halogenating agent instead of SOCl2 and the H2O2—(NH3)2MoO4 system was selected as oxidant instead of 3-chloroperoxybenzoic acid,the halogenation and condensation processes were merged into one step.The trial results showed that the new process is ease of clinical manipulation and can decreased the cost effectively and meets the requirement of manufacture.
