目的：观察超激光结合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：将患者87例随机分为2组，治疗组45例，采用超激光结合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗颈性眩晕：对照组42例，单纯采用醒脑开窍针刺法治疗。结果：治疗组有效率为91．1％；对照组有效率为73．8％。两组比较差异显著（p〈0．05）。结论：超激光结合醒脑开窍针刺法治疗颈性眩晕可明显提高疗效。
목적：관찰초격광결합성뇌개규침자법치료경성현훈적림상료효。방법：장환자87례수궤분위2조，치료조45례，채용초격광결합성뇌개규침자법치료경성현훈：대조조42례，단순채용성뇌개규침자법치료。결과：치료조유효솔위91．1％；대조조유효솔위73．8％。량조비교차이현저（p〈0．05）。결론：초격광결합성뇌개규침자법치료경성현훈가명현제고료효。
Objectives： To asscss the mechanism and therapeutic effect of super- laser combined with ＂clear headed＂ acupuncture on cervical vertigo. Methods： Eighty-seven cased of cervical vertigo were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with super-laser and ＂clear headed＂ acupuncture. And the control goup was treated with ＂clear headed＂ acupuncture. The result indicates that the former group has an efficiency rate of 91.1% compared with 73.8% of the latter. There proves a great difference between these two groups （p 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： This research concludes that super-laser and ＂clear headed＂ acupuncture treatment for can increase the treatment efficiency considerably.
