以三氯氧磷(POCl3)作为辅助试剂,进行了酪氨酸(Tyr)自组装成肽反应的研究,并利用液相色谱-质谱联用和电喷雾多级质谱技术对反应体系进行了组分分析和结构鉴定。在体系中不仅鉴定出了Tyr寡肽系列,还检测到了系列磷酰化酪氨酸及磷酰化小肽。这些化合物的检出丰富了肽库,有助于揭示氨基酸成肽反应的机理,并探讨了芳香族肽化合物的质谱裂解规律。
以三氯氧燐(POCl3)作為輔助試劑,進行瞭酪氨痠(Tyr)自組裝成肽反應的研究,併利用液相色譜-質譜聯用和電噴霧多級質譜技術對反應體繫進行瞭組分分析和結構鑒定。在體繫中不僅鑒定齣瞭Tyr寡肽繫列,還檢測到瞭繫列燐酰化酪氨痠及燐酰化小肽。這些化閤物的檢齣豐富瞭肽庫,有助于揭示氨基痠成肽反應的機理,併探討瞭芳香族肽化閤物的質譜裂解規律。

The reaction of tyrosine assembling into peptide directed by POCl3 as auxiliary reagent was studied in detail.Using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and electrospray ionization tandem multi-stage mass spectrometry techniques,the structures of products were analyzed and confirmed.In the reaction system of Phe with POCl3,not only Tyr oligopeptide but phosphoryl tyrosine and small phosphoryl peptide were identified.The identification of these chemical compounds enriches peptide library,and contributes to uncover the mechanism which amino acids turn into peptide.And fragmentation pathways of aromatic peptide by MS was discussed as well.
