国际金融危机暴露了现行金融监管制度存在的问题。本文通过研究宏观审慎管理的起源、发展及其与金融危机的关系,分析受国际金融危机危害较深的国家和地区,如美国、英国、欧盟以及日本等在金融危机中采取的金融监管改革措施,结合我国金融监管中存在的问题,提出在我国建立宏观审慎管理框架及框架工作流程设想的相关建议。
國際金融危機暴露瞭現行金融鑑管製度存在的問題。本文通過研究宏觀審慎管理的起源、髮展及其與金融危機的關繫,分析受國際金融危機危害較深的國傢和地區,如美國、英國、歐盟以及日本等在金融危機中採取的金融鑑管改革措施,結閤我國金融鑑管中存在的問題,提齣在我國建立宏觀審慎管理框架及框架工作流程設想的相關建議。

The financial crisis exposed the current problems existing in the financial supervision system.By studying the origin and develepment of the macro-prudential regulation,and its relationship with financial crisis,this article analyzes the fact that some countries seriously affected by the financial crisis,such as America,Britain,the European Union and Japan,which have adopted financial regulatory reform measures in the financial crisis.Combined with the problems in fanancial regulation,and according to international experience and the practice on our country,the author puts forward the correlation proposal about establishing the framework of macro-prudential regulation and framework flow.
