根据构建城镇人居环境科学与工程的学科目标以及学院现有的学科特色和优势,从优化生源结构、创新课程体系、构筑研究生创新研究平台、:培养结合实际的创新能力、组建结构合理的研究生导师团队、加强对外学术交流和建立激励机制等方面,探讨了城镇人居环境科学与工程创新性人才培养机制,重点讨论了全日制专业学位实践环节。

According to the subject objective, characteristics and advantages of urban inhabitation environment science and engineering the paper discussed the mechanism of innovation talents training and the practice of full- time professional degree. The discussion involved several aspects such as optimizing matriculate structure, innovating curriculum system, constructing innovative research platform for graduate students, developing students' innovative ability with practice, building reasonable tutor team, enhancing the international academic exchanges and establishing incentive mechanism of scholarship system, etc.
