目的:探讨脑室型脑囊虫病的诊断及外科手术治疗。方法:对我院2005年9月至2010年6月收治的17例脑室型脑囊虫病患者进行回顾性分析,其中4例行侧脑室脑囊虫摘除术,9例行第四脑室脑囊虫摘除术,2例行侧脑室脑室镜脑囊虫取出术,2例第三脑室囊虫行药物驱虫保守治疗,术后进行脱水和抗囊虫治疗。结果:15例患者手术治疗均获成功,所有患者术后颅内高压症状均缓解,随访3个月~24个月未发现新的神经损害症状。2例无顿内高压患者行药物驱囊虫保守治疗,症状得到改善。结论:MRI对脑室型脑囊虫病的诊断和治疗均具有重要的指导意义,外科手术治疗是脑室型脑囊虫病治疗的重要手段。
目的:探討腦室型腦囊蟲病的診斷及外科手術治療。方法:對我院2005年9月至2010年6月收治的17例腦室型腦囊蟲病患者進行迴顧性分析,其中4例行側腦室腦囊蟲摘除術,9例行第四腦室腦囊蟲摘除術,2例行側腦室腦室鏡腦囊蟲取齣術,2例第三腦室囊蟲行藥物驅蟲保守治療,術後進行脫水和抗囊蟲治療。結果:15例患者手術治療均穫成功,所有患者術後顱內高壓癥狀均緩解,隨訪3箇月~24箇月未髮現新的神經損害癥狀。2例無頓內高壓患者行藥物驅囊蟲保守治療,癥狀得到改善。結論:MRI對腦室型腦囊蟲病的診斷和治療均具有重要的指導意義,外科手術治療是腦室型腦囊蟲病治療的重要手段。
목적:탐토뇌실형뇌낭충병적진단급외과수술치료。방법:대아원2005년9월지2010년6월수치적17례뇌실형뇌낭충병환자진행회고성분석,기중4례행측뇌실뇌낭충적제술,9례행제사뇌실뇌낭충적제술,2례행측뇌실뇌실경뇌낭충취출술,2례제삼뇌실낭충행약물구충보수치료,술후진행탈수화항낭충치료。결과:15례환자수술치료균획성공,소유환자술후로내고압증상균완해,수방3개월~24개월미발현신적신경손해증상。2례무돈내고압환자행약물구낭충보수치료,증상득도개선。결론:MRI대뇌실형뇌낭충병적진단화치료균구유중요적지도의의,외과수술치료시뇌실형뇌낭충병치료적중요수단。
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment of cerebral ventricle cysticercosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 17 patients who were hospitalized in our department from September 2005 to June 2010 with cerebral ventricle cystieercosis was performed. Four cases were lateral ventricles cysticercosis and 9 cases were fourth ventricle cysticercosis, all 13 cases were resected by surgery. Two cases of lateral ventricles cysticercosis were treated with ventriculoscope. All 15 patients above were treated by dehydration and antiparasitic measures postoperatively. Other 2 cases were third ventricles cysticercosis and they were treated with conservative antiparasitic measure. Results: All 15 patients treated with operation were successfully performed, whose symptoms of intracranial hypertension were immediately relieved after operative procedures. There were no nervous lesion newly found for 3-24 months postoperative follow-up. The conditions of two patients with no symptoms of intracranial hypertension were much improved with conservative antiparasitic measures. Conclusion: MRI is valuable in diagnosis and treatment of cerebral ventricle cysticercosis. Surgical method is important for the treatment of cerebral ventricle cysticercosis.
