利用虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW通过便携式高温内窥镜对玻璃熔窑的蓄热室进行监控,可以直观地判别蓄热室内通道是否堵塞及格子体砖损坏倒塌情况,以便及时对通道进行清扫、维护,从而减少因蓄热室引起的玻璃质量问题和能源浪费。
利用虛擬儀器軟件LabVIEW通過便攜式高溫內窺鏡對玻璃鎔窯的蓄熱室進行鑑控,可以直觀地判彆蓄熱室內通道是否堵塞及格子體磚損壞倒塌情況,以便及時對通道進行清掃、維護,從而減少因蓄熱室引起的玻璃質量問題和能源浪費。

Monitoring the regenerative chamber of the furnace with portable high-temperature endoscope and the virtual instrument software LabVIEW one can directly perceive such conditions as whether the passage within the regenerative chamber is blocked or not or damage and collapse of the checker bricks so as to immediately clean and maintain the passage ,and therefore reduce problems about glass quality caused by the regenerative chamber and energy waste.
