高光谱图像具有图谱合一的特性,高光谱成像技术是农产品品质检测技术的发展趋势。本文从介绍高光谱图像特性、农产品无损检测技术入手,对高光谱图像在水果蔬菜、肉类、经济作物、粮食籽粒等农产品品质的无损检测方面的研究进展进行了综述,详细分析了高光谱成像技术对农产品品质无损检测的研究难点及未来发展趋势。
高光譜圖像具有圖譜閤一的特性,高光譜成像技術是農產品品質檢測技術的髮展趨勢。本文從介紹高光譜圖像特性、農產品無損檢測技術入手,對高光譜圖像在水果蔬菜、肉類、經濟作物、糧食籽粒等農產品品質的無損檢測方麵的研究進展進行瞭綜述,詳細分析瞭高光譜成像技術對農產品品質無損檢測的研究難點及未來髮展趨勢。

Hyperspectral imagery has both imagery characteristics and spectral features. It is tendency to use the hyperspectral imaging technology to nondestructive detection for agricultural product quality. Based on the characteristics of hyperspectral imagery and the tech- nology of nondestructive detection for agricultural product, the researches of the nondestructive detection for agricultural product, such as fruits and vegetables, meat, economic crops, crop seeds etc, are summarized. The challenges and the direction of future progress of the hyperspectral imagery to nondestructive detection for agricultural product quality are also discussed.
