以130t/hCFB锅炉炉膛为参考,对其扩口角设计进行优化.采用0.618法对参数进行挑选,利用大型流体计算软件FLUENT进行数值模拟研究.结果表明:通过对扩口角的设计可以改进炉膛内的流动特性,得出扩口角在67°-68°之间有较好的流动特性.

In this paper, the structure of 130 t/h CFB boiler furnace is optimized as a reference. The parameters were selected in the way of 0.618 methods ,The research of structure optimization Numerical Simulation was carried out by the use of large-scale numerical flow calculation software FLUENT simulation. The results showed that adjusting the design of the furnace mouth expansion can improve the flow characteristics. It obtained a good flow characteristics in the expansion of an argument between 67° - 68°.
