研究了铅膏脱硫后用碳还原回收铅的新工艺.采用正交试验法分析了反应温度、时间、配比、固液比等因素对处理效果的影响,最后确定:用碳酸钠脱铅膏中硫的最佳工艺为温度95℃、时间8 h、配比1∶0.7、固液比1∶4,脱硫率为93%;火法还原铅膏粉与炭粉的最佳质量比为10∶0.6、最佳温度为850℃、时间为1 h,还原产品铅的纯度为99.59%.

This study explores the new technology that the lead paste can be reduced directly by carbon after it is desulphurized.By orthogonal test,the influence of temperature,time and ratio for the treatment on the experiment result have been analyzed,which reveals the best process parameters for the desulphurization of the lead paste by using Na2CO3 are that the temperature is 95 ℃,lasting 8 hours,the ratio of lead paste and Na2CO3 is 1 ∶ 0.7,the ratio of solid to liquid is 1 ∶ 4,and the desulphurization rate is about 93%.The best ratio of powder of the desulphurization lead paste and powder of carbon is 10 ∶ 0.6 in fire recovery,the best temperature is 850 ℃,and lasting 1 hour.The lead content of recovery product is proved to be 99.59%.
